| STILL A TRADITIONAL COUNTRY SINGER George was born on a farm in Pennslvania, and started to play guitar at the age of 12. He came from a poor farming family and his roots were always country. He listened to the Grand Old Opry as a child and it was always his dream to become a country star,although country music was not as popular back then as it is now. He wore boots and jeans and sang country even though he was conidered a country hick back then. Times have changed but George is still singing and writing what he considers traditional country music because that is where his heart is.90% of his songs he writes are from his true life and comes from the soul,that's all traditional. |
